Istanbul Agop Xist Dry Dark Ride 19″ cymbal

Xist Dry Dark Ride 19″ has a dry, defined attack, short musical decay and mellow crash response. Its character recalls classic breakbeats and sought-after jazz rides.

XIST Dry Dark connects acoustic and electronic tonal ideas in a modular range. Each cymbal is expressive on its own and in paired or stacked combinations.

The flexible cymbals have a focused onset, dark harmonics and rapid decay. Alone, they provide broad dynamics without overpowering other instruments. Combinations can yield percussive, modern, synthetic textures.

Suitable for traditional jazz, synth-based music, progressive jazz and other styles.
