Blackstar JJN 212 VOC Cabinet

The Blackstar JJN 212 VOC is a Jared James Nichols Signature vertical 2×12-inch guitar speaker cabinet, developed in close collaboration with the acclaimed blues-rock guitarist. Designed to deliver exceptional tone while remaining remarkably lightweight, it combines premium components with a distinctive boutique appearance.

During development at Blackstar's UK headquarters, Jared tested numerous speaker combinations before selecting the perfect pairing: a Celestion G12T-75 in the upper position and a lightweight Celestion Zephyr in the lower position. This unique combination delivers powerful punch, rich midrange, tight low-end response and excellent clarity while significantly reducing overall cabinet weight.

The vertical cabinet design improves stage monitoring and sound projection, while the removable rear panel allows the cabinet to be configured as either Closed Back for maximum focus and punch or Open Back for a wider, more open sound. Built from lightweight Candlenut plywood, the cabinet is finished in Jared's signature British Racing Green covering with an elegant Biscuit grille cloth.
