Blackstar Debut 50R Guitar Combo

The Blackstar Debut 50R is a 50-watt analogue guitar combo amplifier designed for players who want authentic analogue tone without the complexity of digital modelling. Featuring a discrete MOSFET preamp, it delivers dynamic, valve-like response while remaining lightweight, reliable and extremely easy to use. It is equally suited for home practice, recording, rehearsals and live performances.

Equipped with a 12-inch speaker, the Debut 50R offers powerful projection and impressive tonal depth. Two footswitchable channels—Clean and Overdrive—are inspired by Blackstar's award-winning valve amplifiers. The Bright switch enhances clean tones with extra sparkle, while the patented ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) EQ lets you shape everything from classic American tones to rich British character.

The amplifier also features studio-quality Plate and Hall digital reverbs, a Series Effects Loop for pedals and power reduction from 50 watts down to 5 watts, allowing you to achieve great tone even at lower volumes. A speaker-emulated Line/Headphone output makes silent practice and recording easy, while the Line In input lets you play along with backing tracks. The Debut 50R is also an outstanding pedal platform for players who build their sound around external effects.
